Return/Replacement Policy for Demannd

Thank you for shopping at Demannd! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 6 days of delivery.  

 

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.  
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
• The return request must be submitted within 6 days of delivery.
• Certain items are non-returnable (see list below).

Return Process:

2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.  
4. Ship the Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.  
5. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 6 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will also refund the original shipping cost.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
